For example, a Solo Performance Pack may not contain the same materials as a Complete Performance Pack.

5. Pricing and Payment

A price change will not alter the price of an order that has already been successfully completed.
Applicable taxes or other charges, when required, will be calculated or displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical, or technical errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and resolve the matter fairly.

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or intellectual property.
7. License to Use Purchased Products

Specific rules regarding sheet music reproduction, church and choir use, performance materials, recordings, and other licensed uses may be contained in our Music & Sheet Music License or in licensing information accompanying a particular product.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, music, recordings, arrangements, sheet music, graphics, artwork, logos, product materials, written content, and other original materials offered through J. Allen Tracy Music House are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
All rights not expressly granted to the purchaser are reserved by the applicable copyright or rights holder.
Purchasing a song, recording, arrangement, sheet-music file, performance pack, or other product does not constitute the purchase of its copyright.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, resale, file sharing, publication, or commercial exploitation of protected material is prohibited.
9. Sheet Music and Performance Materials
Sheet music and performance materials are licensed rather than sold outright with respect to their underlying intellectual-property rights.
The number of copies that may be printed, reproduced, or used by performers may depend upon the license associated with the particular product.
Purchasing one copy of sheet music does not automatically authorize unlimited duplication for a choir, ensemble, congregation, school, organization, or other group unless the applicable product or license specifically provides such permission.
Customers requiring additional reproduction or group-use rights should consult the applicable licensing terms.
10. Recorded Music
Purchased music downloads are intended for lawful use by the purchaser under the applicable license.
Unless expressly authorized, purchased recordings may not be:

12. Download and Technical Problems
If you purchase a product and experience a legitimate problem accessing, downloading, opening, or playing the files, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to determine the problem and, where appropriate, restore access, provide a replacement file, or otherwise correct an issue involving the product delivered.
Customers should contact us rather than purchasing the same product repeatedly when experiencing a technical problem.
