Limited display or reproduction may sometimes be permitted through appropriate church, performance, or other licensing arrangements.
Purchasing a recording does not automatically grant permission to separately publish its lyrics or sheet music.
7. Arrangements
Musical arrangements distributed by J. Allen Tracy Music House are protected creative works.
Purchasers and performers may make reasonable performance adjustments permitted under the Music & Sheet Music Licensing Policy.
However, an arrangement may not be substantially copied, republished, sold, distributed, or presented as another person's arrangement without appropriate authorization.

They may not be extracted, duplicated, distributed, resold, publicly posted for downloading, or supplied to unrelated performers except where specifically authorized.

Our copyright protections are not intended to prevent legitimate ministry use.
Properly licensed users are encouraged to perform the music, teach it to their choirs, rehearse it, use it in worship, and share its message through authorized performances.

Certain limited uses may qualify for legal exceptions such as fair use.
Whether a particular use qualifies for such an exception depends upon the specific facts and applicable law.
J. Allen Tracy Music House does not waive its intellectual-property rights merely because material can be accessed online.
